According to its Spanish manufacturers Durmet; smattress has concealed, undetected sensors integrated within the mattress’s springs that are supposed to detect sexy movements.

If someone’s having sex on the bed, they say, the suspicious partner will apparently get a text warning on their mobile phone via an app.

Durmet spokesman Jose Antonio Muinos said:”It is a concept that will bring peace of mind to men and women, not just during the night but also during the day while they are out at work and the bed should really be being used……”

This will be the first mattress that makes your body relax by night and your mind by day, when you’re not at home.

Costing a bit over $2000, the Spanish-designed ‘smartress’ allows mistrusting spouses who are away from home to check their smartphones to find out if the mattress is in use and how many people are on it. On the outside it is just a normal looking and very comfortable mattress, but inside hides some cutting-edge technology.  Customers can buy the mattress from the website with ‘utmost confidentiality’.
