Ways to Fight Aging Inside-Out

No matter how much we’d like to stop the aging process, we still can’t achieve it. However, we can try to slow it down as much as possible, doing our best to keep the body and skin healthy and fresh inside-out. With the help of a healthy lifestyle, nutritious diet and various nourishing skin care treatments, the fine lines and pesky little wrinkles will no longer pose a big problem as they used to.

You are what you eat, and you should always remember that. The healthier your diet is, the more functional and younger-looking body you’ll have. Eat plenty of fish and flaxseed to get sufficient amount of fatty acid intake.

Having a healthy lifestyle is one of the best ways to slow down the aging process. Even though you like to indulge in cocktails occasionally or have a glass of beer from time to time, bear in mind that it will hinder your anti-aging efforts. Smoking has even worse consequences that will show on your skin. In combination with alcohol, it’ll dehydrate the skin and counteract the refreshing boost vitamins. Therefore, don’t risk having gauntness, grey skin and deep wrinkles around the mouth from all the smoking, and cut down on those awful habits.

One way to add to your anti-aging routine is to always slather on an SPF. Whether you’re going to the beach or just running errands under the blazing sun, make sure your skin is protected from the damaging UVA and UVB rays.
