Workout Plan To Improve Your Sex Life

Working out specifically to improve your sex life might sound unusual, but it has so many benefits in and out of the bedroom. Adhering to a weekly workout plan to improve your sex life is not difficult and to make it easier we put one together for you.

One essential aspect on how to have the best sex life is to have a healthy body.

Having a healthy, strong and flexible body is essential to allowing you to enjoy the best sex in your life.  Workout with your sexual health in mind.  There is a proven direct link between sex and exercise.

It’ll boost your testosterone levels which are great for your libido. Increase your cardio level and endurance which is what you want in bed if you want to last. Exercise will increase your flexibility which will translate beautifully in the bedroom especially with some more adventurous positions.

Try out the workout below and improve your total body strength, stamina and flexibility. This workout will take a little over 35 minutes to do, but it’s well worth it. Do this workout 3 times a week and use the rest of the days to recover with foam rolling, yoga or walking.

1. Drum Bell Thrusts

Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions and rest 30 seconds in between

2. Lateral Squats

Do 3 sets of 6 repetitions ( on each side) with 30 seconds rest.

3. Pigeon pose

Do 2 sets holding 30 seconds with no rest in between.

Great for stretching the thighs, groin, and back. Muscles that need to be subtle in the bed.

4. Downward Dog

Do 2 sets of 30 seconds with no rest in between.

Think flexibility in the bedroom….

5.  Good morning

Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions with no rest in between each set.

Amazing for strengthening your posterior chain – muscles that run through your back, glutes and hamstrings.

 

6. Push ups

Do 3 sets of 20 repetitions with 30-second rest in between.

7. Hip Flexor Stretch

Do 3 sets of 30 seconds reps each with no rest time.

8. Plank & core strength

Hold your plank for 30 – 60 seconds and do 1 set or two, depending on how advanced you are.

In bed, those that have the strength to hold themselves and great core will have better orgasms.

Exercise will help with your form and performance in bed and it also will contribute to positive body image. Negative body image is a great contributor for people to shy away from intimacy.  Thirty minutes a day of sweat-breaking exercises can do wonders to boost your libido and help with body positive image.
