1. Grilled Shrimp with Veggies

Shrimp contains important vitamins and mineral and veggies are filled with other mineral and fibre. Fibre source is a food which will keep you feeling full for long.  

  • Heat the grill in medium to high temperature.  
  • Toss shrimp in a bowl with oil, salt, and pepper.  
  • Grill the shrimp up to exactly the amount of grill you want. Do not overcook the shrimp. 
  • Cut the Veggie salad as needed.  
  • Roll the shrimp in the defies like lettuce and cilantro leaves.

 2. Sesame Chicken With Brocolli

Chicken is one of the major sources of protein. Broccoli is a great source of vitamins K and C, a good source of folate (folic acid) and also provides potassium, fibre. Fibre – diets high in fibre promote digestive health. Sesame seeds are a good source of healthy fats, protein, B vitamins, minerals, fibre, antioxidants, and other beneficial plant compounds. All of these ingredients combined make for a healthy and tasty dish that will keep you satisfied.

  • Shred the broccoli in the mixture until they turn into the size of grains. After that, put them into a saucepan.  
  • Put some oil, pepper, salt and a cup of water and put it on the stove.  
  • Stir the preparation for 5 minutes until you make a sauce out of it.  
  • Then grill the chicken for some time with seasonal spice and olive oil.  
  • Put the chicken peaces on a place and put the broccoli sauce over it.

3. Bacon and Kimchi Noodle Stir-fry

This dish contains only 430 calories and is packed the vitamins, protein, and mineral. This is an ideal dish to keep you full all night. To enjoy this dish more, stir some of the roasted sesame on top along with a tea tablespoon of mayo.  

  • Put a bowl of salted water to boil and then put the broccoli and other veggies in it to steam them for 3 to 5 minutes.  
  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan and put salt pepper and other seasonal spices to saute them with noodles.  
  • Put sesame oil, garlic, green chilli, red pepper bell, and brown sugar in it. 
  • Put the boiled veggies and then toss it with grilled bacon (you can marinate the bacon as you want). 

Put it in a plate and lunge over it for a delicious dinner.
