The New Jurassic World Trailer
The new Jurassic World trailer has landed, watch it out below.
It’s definitely the most action-packed, dinosaur-filled footage today, and gives us an extended look at the park’s new genetically-spliced attraction, the Indominus Rex. Jurassic World certainly has the potential to be an entertaining, thrill ride packed with fun dinosaur action like Jurassic Park III.
Jurassic World is directed by Colin Trevorrow and co-written by Trevorrow and Derek Connolly, from an earlier script draft by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver. The cast includes Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D’Onofrio, Irrfan Khan, Ty Simpkins, Nick Robinson, Jake Johnson, Omar Sy, Judy Greer, Lauren Lapkus, and B.D. Wong.
Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor’s interest, which backfires horribly.
Things quickly go wrong once the Indominus Rex is introduced into the Jurassic World collection of dinosaurs.
Dinosaur wrangler/whisperer Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) barely escapes his first up close and personal encounter with the I. Rex (his co-worker is less lucky). Meanwhile, the park employees played by Jake Johnson (New Girl) and Lauren Lapkus (Orange is the New Black) are left looking on horrified as their security measures fail.
