There’s one accent that has been picked from the scores of other entries to be the world’s sexiest accent. The accent was picked according to a survey of 5,000 men and women conducted by OnePoll. The sexiest accent in the world is none other than Irish.

Two years ago polling website Ranker also found that the sexiest accent in the world was the Irish accent, so clearly, there’s just something about it that makes the ladies swoon.

It’s no surprise that the Irish accent is the sexiest accent in the world judging by their popular actors, Colin Farrell, Liam Neeson and Pierce Brosnan who have a huge fanbase.

The second sexiest accent was voted to be Italian, which makes sense considering the fact that it’s a Romance language. Look at their gorgeous women, such as actresses like Monica Bellucci and Sophia Loren are Italian.

Interestingly, Scottish took third place, followed by French in fourth and Australian in fifth.

According to OnePoll, the top ten world’s sexiest accents of 2019 are:

10. American

The French usually thought as being the sexiest accent came in fourth and Australian in fifth.
