Want to last longer in bed ? Kegel or Pelvic floor exercises can help men last longer in bed.

Pelvic floor exercises are no longer just for women. According to a new study, men suffering from premature ejaculation should get into that old pregnant lady exercise – pelvic floor exercises and get their Kegel on. Premature ejaculation (PE), defined as coming in less than one minute during sex, is something that 30% of men suffer from.

Kegel or Pelvic floor exercises  are an option to make you last longer in bed.

It might hurt your male sensibility to just think that you’ve reverted to ‘that old pregnant lady exercise’ but studies have shown it to improve PE problems.
