5 Things We Learned About Sex In 2016

The year is coming to an end, so let’s recap the most important things we learned about sex this past year.

We learned a lot of useful, fun, and cool facts about sex and sexuality in 2016 and here are 5 of the most important:

1. Why women make so much noise in bed

The real reason is not because it just feels good.

According to a new study by researchers; Gayle Brewer of the University of Central Lancashire and Colin Hendrie of the University of Leeds, women moan and groan during sex for a couple different reasons:

  • To speed up their partner’s climax
  • To boost his self-esteem
  • If they’re bored, tired, or uncomfortable so you’ll just hurry and finish already
  • If the sex feels good

Guess it’s up to you to tell the difference, or just not worry too much and keep on keeping on.

2. Why does sex feel so good?

Science has finally found out exactly why sex feels so good.

According to a new study, sexual pleasure puts you in a state of trance, as if you were meditating, and the rhythmic movements and intense sensations of pleasure lead to an altered state of consciousness in which we perceptually block out any other stimuli. In short, we devote our full attention to the person we banging.

3. Right etiquette for when receiving a blowjob

  • Just ooh and ahhh and mmmm a lot. Say “that feels good”when the giver does something that you like.
  • Don’t rub her back like you are her masseuse. That’s just weird.
  • Don’t forget to shower. Clean it before you put it in her mouth.
  • ALWAYS let her know when your gonna finish. It’s plain rude.
  • Ears aren’t handlebars. Piggytails or her hair aren’t  things to hold on to
  • After it’s over, compliment them.

4. Sex is good for your heart

Sex is good for your health, especially your heart, according to a study published in 2010 in the American Journal of Cardiology.

Johannes Hinrich von Borstel, prospective cardiologist and former paramedic,  reveals having sex is great to keep your heart healthy, whatever your age and this is what he says “As well as an entire cardiac workout, before and during intercourse there is a big release of hormones that have a protective effect on our cardiovascular system,”

Word of warning, one- night stands don’t offer the same benefit for your tinker, because there’s not much oxytocin action going on since you don’t have an emotional connection with that person. Oxytocin is proven to lower blood pressure and reduce stress, which is obviously really, really good for your heart.

Von Borstel’s words of advice are to have “as much loving sex as possible.” Better listen to the heart expert.

5. The secret to being an amazing lover

The secret to being an amazing lover is simply, listen to your partner and pay attention to what she wants. One of the most important things you need to do, aside from listening, is communicate.
