Want to last longer in bed ? Kegel or Pelvic floor exercises can help men last longer in bed.

Pelvic floor exercises are no longer just for women. According to a new study, men suffering from premature ejaculation should get into that old pregnant lady exercise – pelvic floor exercises and get their Kegel on. Premature ejaculation (PE), defined as coming in less than one minute during sex, is something that 30% of men suffer from.

Kegel or Pelvic floor exercises  are an option to make you last longer in bed.

It might hurt your male sensibility to just think that you’ve reverted to ‘that old pregnant lady exercise’ but studies have shown it to improve PE problems. So maybe behind locked bathroom doors why not try it out. Kegel exercises are cheap and safe. Maybe slightly embarrassing should you admit to your mates you’ve taken it up but you don’t have to share this with anyone.

Let’s list the benefits of Kegel or pelvic floor exercises:

  • It tightens muscle creating bigger and stronger orgasms, do we need say more?

How exactly does a man get his Kegel on? One popular exercise involves a man lying on his back and imagining he’s trying to lift his balls towards his belly. It may sound strange, but when it’s a difference between less than a minute session and a few- minutes fuckfest, everyone will appreciate your efforts.
