Best Restaurants in the world 2014
Every year, Restaurant Magazine, with financial backing from S. Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, enlist the expertise knowledge of over 900 culinary connoisseurs, from critics, chefs and restaurateurs to compile a list of the best restaurants in the world.
Humble food lovers wait for the release of the list to possibly plan their travels to fit in some of those mouth-watering restaurants and experience all the delicacies for themselves.
On top of this list is Denmark’s famous restaurant ‘Noma’. The name is a portmanteau of the two Danish words “nordisk”(Nordic) and “mad” (food). Head chef, Daniel Giusti, is famous for his commitment to surprise and at time even shock. If food is your passion and you have a flare for the delicious wacky culinary then you must travel to Copenhagen.
