Lowered your expectations a little. Do not jump into a crazy and intense program that you’ll quit within a couple of weeks. Slowly turn up the volume, the more you see yourself succeed the more you want to do better and only then step up your exercise routine.
Be consistent
Exercise and train but allow time for rest too. There are three important aspects to fitness; rest for recovery, proper diet for balancing intake and output and hydration for detoxing. Rest, hydration and a proper diet are three of the best fat burners for your body. They ensure recovery and help you detox.
Find time for exercise
At the very least, do a 20 minute workout 4 days a week. Your body will not need much. We need to get your metabolism cranking. Once outside and moving you’ll suddenly feel good and begin exercising with ease. Start with a walk and see where it takes you.
Get outside
Make time to go for a walk outside, you need to get outside. Breath the fresh air and move around. You won’t regret it and you’ll be a happier you.
