How to Jump Start your metabolism.

Everybody wants to have a high metabolism and it is possible to achieve it. How, you ask. As soon as you wake up in the morning don’t linger in bed, get up and exercise.  This morning exercise will help jumpstart your metabolism and you’ll be burning fat through the rest of day.

Here are 6 ways that you can jumpstart you metabolism every single morning:

       1.  Eat an apple

To get your metabolism going and break the night fast with an apple. Apples are good source of pectin for your body which woks as a metabolism booster.

       2.  Start your day with a workout

After eating that juicy apple, get outside and go for a brisk walk, jog or cycle. Whatever your choice starting the day with a workout will burn calories, boost your metabolism and help you make healthier choices at breakfast and lunch. Apparently, exercise diminished the craving for sugar, plus you will feel better and have more energy.

       3. Interval training

Interval training or high intensity bursts of exercises every few minutes is a great calorie burning exercise. If you go walking every few minutes try and do a sprint for 30seconds and everyday you challenge yourself by increasing the duration of the sprint. Repeat this several times through your walk and not only will you boost your metabolism but shed some unwanted weight.

       4.  Stretch

Stretching after exercise reduces muscle soreness and stiffness and allows you to wake up the next morning ready for another workout. Stretching allows muscle to rebuild and grow bigger and stronger.

       5.  Replenish

After a workout replenish your body with fuel and nutrients that are healthy and natural. Drink coconut water, excellent source of electrolytes without added preservatives or sugars. Otherwise drink celery juice or add celery juice to a smoothie since it is a powerful tonic;and or try celery, apple and lemon juice drink. These will give your body back a nice amount of magnesium, potassium and calcium. Choosing a breakfast that is at both replenishing and aids in losing weight is also good sense.        6. Drink plenty of Water

Drinking plenty of water after your workout will help your body get ride of toxins and will flush out your kidneys.
