The mystery of the female orgasm

The female orgasm has been a hot topic of debate for some time now. Whether you’re having one, or trying to figure out how to have one, our orgasms are apparently harder to achieve than men’s, which is why they are all the more important and need constant research.

Ladies all over the globe are stressing when they aren’t having an orgasm and ask if there is something wrong with them. Stop stressing ladies new science research has proven that we shouldn’t be stressing about it – and put all our focus on the clitoris. Want to have an orgasm? Forget all else and just get busy with your clit.

Science previously classified female orgasm in different categories: vagina, clitoral and G-spot.  New research published by Clinical Anatomy journal debunks these earlier theories and states that the female orgasm is a female orgasm. How one is achieved depends on the woman and her body.

New research has shown that many women may not even have a G-spot and their pleasure will only come from stimulating their clitoris. So ladies, if you’re having trouble reaching an orgasm during intercourse just play with your own clit if you can reach it. Which by the way is a real turn-on for your guy.

In 2012, Dr. Debby Herbenick , made it known to the world that the existence or not of the G-spot doesn’t teach us anything new about women’s sexuality and she had a point. Since then all this incessant laboring on whether there is a G-spot or not seems like a waste of time. Stop wasting your time analyzing and classifying your orgasm, and instead start having orgasm.

Listen below to Dr. Debby Herbenick, sexual health educator at the Kinsey Institute, opinion about all the fuss on whether there is a G-spot:
